Pro-Dessert mixes easily in 150ml of cold water in a shaker bottle, hand mixer or blender and then can be poured into a desired container and allowed to set for 3 to 5 minutes. CNP Professional's instant protein pudding mix is made from our unique blend of fast and slow release undenatured proteins. Pro-Dessert includes micellar casein which is an undenatured slow release protein, medically proven to be anti catabolic plus whey protein high fraction concentrate which is an undenatured fast release protein providing higher levels of growth factors than normal whey protein concentrates that are denatured i.e. have passed through chemical or heat treatment processes. Peptide bonded glutamine has been included too as it is an amino acid that promotes a healthy gut and growth hormone production. Egg white has also been added due to its high content of the amino acid cysteine which helps maintain muscle mass and protects the liver. Cysteine also plays an important part in the production of glutathione which is the body's primary anti oxidant which neutralise free radicals and enhances the immune system.
